As many as you want!

No, only lookitsryuu is allowed to make adoptables of the species at this time.
Are oddragons always flat-chested?
Nope!
Am I allowed to sell merchandise of oddragons?
No, only lookitsryuu can sell official oddragon merchandise. however, if you wish to make prints, stickers, etc of your individual character that is perfectly fine as long as it is not done at a large scale.
Does an oddragon's frequency color matter?
The color of an oddragon's frequency is dependant on personality factors and is completely individual to each oddragon. It represents them as a being and can change over time as they do.
